Easy Webstore Integration - Order Management and Inventory ControlOverviewThis document describes how to set up Easy Webstore integration within Linnworks. Before integrating your Easy Webstore with Linnworks, you need to generate an API access key that Linnworks uses to interact with your site. To access your API details, go to your admin area and navigate to “Store Settings” and select “API Details”. Click the “(Re)Generate API Key” button to create a unique API key for your store. Your Company ID is also shown as Store ID. If you click the “(Re)Generate API Key” button again at any point, you will need to transfer the new key across to Linnworks as the old key will be deactivated. To set up Easy Webstore Order Book integration go to Settings > Channel Integration. From this screen you can add, delete and modify selling channels that you wish Linnworks to integrate with. Click the Add new channel button on the right of the screen to bring up the New Channel selection screen. Now select Easy Webstore from the list and click Integrate.
You will be presented with the Easy Webstore Account Setup screen which will walk you through the process of integrating your Easy Webstore account with Linnworks. Enter the following details in the Easy Webstore Account Setup screen:
Once you have entered all of your details, click the Test button to ensure that the information you have keyed in is correct. Click the Save button to add your Easy Webstore to the list of integrated channels in Linnworks. Configuring Easy Webstore IntegrationOnce you have set up your Easy Webstore account to work with Linnworks it will appear in the list of channels on the Channel Integration screen. From here you can enable / disable integration and inventory sync for each individual channel as well as configuration and inventory mapping tools. EnabledTo enable / disable individual channel integration within Linnworks, simply click the small circle in the Enabled column that corresponds to the channel you wish to alter. A green light means that the channel is enabled in Linnworks, while a red light denotes that it is disabled. Inventory SyncThe same process applies to the Inventory Sync function, clicking a circle will toggle between enabled and disabled for the specified channel. A green light means that Linnworks will sync inventory with this channel while a red light indicates that it will not. ConfigClicking the Config button for a specified channel will bring up the Account Config menu for that channel. This is the same screen that appears when you first set up Easy Webstore integration. From here you can make changes to the settings, remembering to Test and Save when you have finished making any alterations. See Also
