Integrating Amazon with Linnworks
The video shows how to configure Amazon integration in Linnworks for order management and inventory control

This documentation describes how to set up your Amazon Europe Marketplace account within Linnworks.

The first step you need to take is to login to Amazon Seller Central in your default internet browser. If you don’t use your default browser the integration will not work. At the top of the screen will be a drop down box with a list of your Amazon marketplaces, select the first marketplace that you wish to integrate with.

For Linnworks to work with your unified marketplace account you will need to integrate an Amazon channel for each marketplace you use. Go to Settings > Channel Integration. From this screen you can add, delete and modify selling channels that you want Linnworks to integrate with.

Click the Add new channel button on the right of the screen to bring up the New Channel selection screen. Now select Amazon from the list and click integrate.

You will be presented with the Amazon Account Setup screen, which will walk you through the process of integrating your Amazon account with Linnworks. Select the site that matches the marketplace you are connected to on seller central and click the Go To Amazon button.

Your default browser will direct you to the Amazon Marketplace Web Service where you need to sign in before granting Linnworks access to your Amazon account.

You will need to obtain the Application Name and Account Number from Linnworks in order to integrate with Amazon. These can be found on the Amazon Account Setup screen and appear once you have selected a site from the list.

Return to the Amazon Marketplace Web Service page and select the second option, “I want to use an application to access my Amazon seller account with MWS.” before entering the Application Name and Application Developer Account Number.

Upon clicking next you will be greeted with some terms and conditions that need to be accepted in order for Linnworks to access your account. Clicking next again will take you to the final screen which displays your account identifiers, Merchant ID and Marketplace ID.

Return to the Amazon Account Setup screen and Copy and Paste the Merchant ID and Marketplace ID into the relevant fields before entering your Merchant Name. Click Add Account to finalise the process.

Once you have added the first Amazon channel return to Seller Central in your default browser and select another marketplace from the drop down box at the top. Once you are transferred to the next marketplace you can repeat the above steps to integrate the other marketplaces. Remember to use your default browser to access Seller Central and to change the site to the relevant marketplace in Linnworks.
