Extended Properties are used to better define the product specifications and later use these specifications in listings. With the use of extended properties it is possible to specify such item details as item condition, brand, model, material, style, category the item will be listed in, variation attributes as size, colour, width, length etc.
Each Extended Property has a Name, Value and Type (Fig. 1.1)
EbayItemCondition is the Name for extended property which in given example will be used to define the condition of the product on eBay.
"1000" is the Value for the extended property and item condition which on eBay corresponds to condition type "New".
Attribute is the Type of Extended Property.
All extended properties that are to be used in the listings can have Type set as Attribute.
