Local - Database Backup



Overview

When on Linnworks local edition it is suggested to backup your database on a regular basis in case of any hardware or operating system faults that may cause you to loose your data.

To backup your data Linnworks has a backup tool that will run through the backup process for you.

Go to Program Files -> Linn Systems -> Finaware -> Tools

Select Backup.

Choose the path you wish to save the backup in and then click Backup.

This will then backup your database.

Note: It may take several minutes for large databases

It is suggested that you save your backups on an external devise rather than the same computer as the database
