FedEx Error - Customs Value is required for Intl shipment



Problem

When printing International FedEx label from Linnworks you receieve an error message Customs Value is required for Intl shipment.

Resolution

Go to Settings > Shipping Management  > FedEx Config > and mark the service you are printing the label with as International Form

You can also specify the default maximum customs declared value of the shipment and the description of the shipment by clicking config button
