Despatch express labels printing twice



Problem

Despatch Express labels are being duplicated

Cause

This is because two instances of despatch express are running one may be in memory. Therefore when a print action is made the label is printed from each instance.

Solution

Open Task Manager, this can be done by right clicking on your start bar, click Start Task Manager.

Then go to Processes and end DespatchExpress.exe or equivilent, you may want to end all of them then reopen despatch express to make sure you are not running duplicates
