User Management - Permissions and multiuser access

Linnworks has a comprehensive user management based on permissions. The topic discusses how to create new users and assign permissions to them.

Template Designer

The template designer is used to manage Invoice, Packing List and Pick List templates. Each template can have their own printer, page size and condition as well as conditional labels within the template themselves. This allows for more flexible approach when printing invoices, packing lists and pick lists. Users also have a choice predefined templates to choose from as well as creating their own.

Macros - Automated Tasks

Macros is a small piece of programming code which is triggered when an even happens in the system. This allows you to program some workflow functionality into Linnworks using its own evaluation parser.

Expressions

Expressions in Linnworks is a way of outputting data from the system based on a mathematical or functional expressions. This functionality applies to printing functions (printing invoices, labels), generating emails, running macro scripts and data export/import automation.
