Cannot view information in Processed orders



Problem

Unable to see search resules in the Processed orders screen when searched.

Cause

This can happen if the Layout file becomes invalud or corrupt.

Solution

If you are getting a blank screen then do the following:

If Vista or Win7

  • Close Linnworks
  • Start -> Run ->
  • Type: %LOCALAPPDATA%\linnworks\
  • Click ok
  • Then delete: ProcessedOrderLayout.xml
  • Then run linnworks.



If XP

  • Close Linnworks
  • Start -> Run ->
  • %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\linnworks
  • Click ok
  • Then delete: ProcessedOrderLayout.xml
  • Then run linnworks.
