1. New version. New packages. New web-site.

Dear Linnworks Community,

This week is a very exciting week for us here at Linn Systems, and there are some great news we wanted to share with you. 

First of all, it's the announced release of Version 4 which is expected to be publicly available on Monday, 18th of July. Linnworks Version 4 promises to be much improved in all areas with over 13 major revisions and over hundred new features being added to the system. Our new packages should also prove to be of a greater flexibility when it comes to tailoring specific business needs. Lastly, we are extremely satisfied with the way our new web-site looks and really hope you share the same feelings with us.

New version is fast approaching

13 radical improvements, including FREE version of Linnworks Express, improved channel integration screen, completely redesigned "Open Orders" screen, over 10 operation screen improvements and much more. And the reason why we know you'll love them is because of methods we used to achieve them.

For example, each development required to be scalable and not a vertical. In attempt to find universal solutions to tailor different business needs, we had to analyse problems faced by our customers and identify areas where these improvements were required. Our Linnworks community played a vital role in identifying those areas and we would like to thank them wholeheartedly for their co-operation, ideas and anticipation in making our software what it is today.

Based on customers feedback, our sales and technical support teams spent time detecting patterns and areas where the software felt too complex to operate. For example, customers who tried integrating channels in version 3 told us it wasn't as easy as they thought it would be. We've listened to them, and have redesigned it to be all in one place with direct intuitive instructions for each channel. It only takes 5 minutes to integrate Amazon, eBay and Magento stores.  

Different packages for different needs

Linnworks Express and Linnworks Entry packages designed to help emerging and small sized businesses to control their online business with an affordable and powerful Linnworks system. Linnworks Express package is completely free, and Linnworks Entry prices range from just £20.00/month.

For medium sized businesses, we recommend to choose either Standard or Professional editions. These packages are optimised to handle up to 10 concurrent users and have no product limitations. With Professional package, you also get Linnworks Analytics Tool and Extended Support. Prices range from £60.00 to £240.00/month.

And if your business requires the most feature-rich Linnworks package with dedicated priority support and maybe even dedicated server - then Linnworks Enterprise edition is for you. It designed to handle medium/large sized business requirements and consists of extras like autonomous sync, extended API and cloud database access. Prices for Linnworks Enterprise package range from £240.00 to £380.00/month (excluding dedicated server). 

These changes do not affect our existing customers in any way. If you are existing Linnworks customer, your monthly subscription cost will remain the same.

Slick new web-site 

Our web-site has been a subject to its final revision. This time around we have not only facelifted it, but also added some great new informational sources like this blog, news and weekly webinars.

The blog will be used for sharing some practical recommendations with regards to Linnworks system and e-commerce online selling. The ability to comment blog posts will be added shortly.
