All PlayTrade listings mapping to one item



Problem

Upon Mapping items in Settings -> Channel Integration -> Mapping for PlayTrade when closed and reopened at a later date all listings are subsiquently mapped to one Listing

Cause

This is cause by not having SKU against the Listings, SKU is required to update inventory and map items. Therefore when there is no SKU it will default to one item that does not have SKU in it's mapping

Solution

Log into PlayTrade and modifiy your listings such that they have SKU, then go back into linnworks go to Settings -> Channel Integration and then open the Mapping tool.
