Add Vendors to Shipping Service Flags
It is possible to add new vendors to the shipping service flags in the open order book to enable easier filtering of orders.
Add New Vendor
the flags on the open order boof for the shipping service are populated using the Vendors defined in the Postal Services Methods. Each unique Vendor defined here will be added as flag for filtering.
- Select Settings - > Postal Services Methods - > Postal Service
- Select the row containing the Serive for which you wish to set a Vendor, eg Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
- Select the cell in the column titled Vendor
- Enter the Vendor name, eg ROYAL MAIL
- Click Save
The new vendor will now be available in the open order book flags.
